- Supply and installation of second torchable bituminous membrane waterproofing Garden ll, 4mm thick with anti-root treatment fixed the same as 1st layer with granular finishing
- Supply and laying of a plastesizer free, reinfroced, non-toxic, flexible Polyolefines(F.P.O) membrane waterproofing type SIKAPLAN WT 4220-15 2.0mm thgick OR Equivalent especially manufactured for us as internal liner inside potable reservoirs
- F.P.O liner shall be laid loosely over horizontal areas on top of separation layer. All roll joints will be overlapped by minimum 100mm and hot air-welded using special Leister equipment
- Vertically, the liner will be welded by hot air equipment and as per the proper practice of certified welding technique
- By using "Nitoflor FC 150" solvent free high build epoxy resing floor coating OR Equivalent
- Supply and application of Nitoprime 31 is a two part solvent free general purpose aromatic amine cured epoxy based primer should be applied brush roller
- Base coat of "Nitoflor FC 150" shall be applied on prepared surfaces. The coat is applied using rollers to achieve an average D.F.T of 200 microns
- Supply and application of one coat of Epoxy bonding agent type SIKADUR 32 over the trimmed piles head
- Supply and application of the 1st layer of high strength, non-shrink cementitious grout type SIKA GROUT 114, of average 30mm thickness all over the pile head circular shape
- Curing the grout as per the manufacturee recommendations
- Turning the 1st membrane waterproofing minimum 50mm into the pile head resting over the 1st layer of SIKA GROUT 114
