ISHRAFI FOR CONTRACTING EST is a Saudi Arabian company with head office in Riyadh branches in Jeddah, established in Saudi Arabia in May 2000 as Saudi Company experience in waterproofing using latest technologies and experience in using various international standard quality materials for different types of waterproofing system.

MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING

  • Supply and application of bitumen primer 500 g/m2
  • Supply and installation of 1st layer of App modified bituminous membrane waterproofing 4mm thick reinforced by 200 g/m2 spun bond polyester mat applied over concrete screed
  • Supply and installation of 2nd layer of App modified bituminous membrane waterproofing 4mm thick reinforced by 200 g/m2 spun bond polyester mat torch applied over 1st layer waterproofing membrane

DOUBLE LAYER OF WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

  • Supply and application of bitumen primer 500 g/m2
  • Supply and installation of 1st layer of modified bituminous membrane waterproofing with single reinforcement 200 g/m2, polyster fabric 4mm thick. The first membrane will be loosely laid over a clean dry concrete blinding. All side joints will be overlapping by minimum 100mm and end roll joints by minimum 150mm, fire torch welded
  • Supply and installation of 2nd layer of modified bituminous membrane waterproofing 4mm with single reinforcement 200 gm/m2 polyester fabrics fully adhered by fire torch over the 1st layer with joints overlapped the same way as of the 1st layer
